Sage had her 8th grade banquet Monday night. The girls (Georgie, Alex, Ali, Brooke, Allison, and Sage) came over (boys too, but they had to go home to get ready) for a party and then got all dressed up and headed back to the school for the evening where they received their year books. The morning had started with a talent show where Sage sang the National Anthem and then was lead singer in a band with her friends Will and Jaymes. Tuesday was the last day of school and it concluded with an awards ceremony. Sage received highest honors (above 97 gpa), received an award for performing in the excellence range on a National Spanish Exam and then was surprised to hear her name called for the Math Award that is given to one female and one male who excel and enjoy math! Way to go Sage! Here comes High School....
